I use AI heavily myself, but I keep the judgement in my own hands, and where that line falls is what matters most for companies too. Hand over the wrong part and you save time this quarter and lose the capacity you were paying for. There are two ways to work with me.
What to keep human
Before you hand more of your work to AI, a clear look at what should go and what should stay. I go through what you have already automated, or are about to, and tell you which parts are smart to let the machine handle and which ones you will quietly regret losing: the voice, the judgement, the skill your people would stop practising. Judgement-led advice for companies who sense AI should be doing more for them but aren’t sure what is worth building. I work out what to build and how, get a proof of concept running, and hand it over with a briefing your own people can own and extend, not a black box they need me to keep feeding.For smaller companies the proof of concept is sometimes all they need, because it already runs. I built one client a Claude Project for their content, set up around their own guidelines and voice. It takes the repetitive part off their hands so their people spend their time on the parts that still need a person. That is the model in miniature: my judgement and setup, their team freed for the work that matters, nothing fragile to maintain.
Most of my work is remote, so where you are doesn’t really matter. I work with companies in Australia and in Europe.
